Founding 100

We build the backbone.
You teach it your world.

A tested foundation for your own trainable AI assistant — so you skip the hard technical setup and start where the useful part begins.

What you get

This is not a finished AI employee that knows your business on day one. Nothing does. It is the backbone: the part that is difficult to build, already built and tested.

The backbone

  • ✓Memory and continuity
  • ✓Time and date awareness
  • ✓Email awareness
  • ✓Calendar awareness
  • ✓Scheduling
  • ✓Drafting and supported sending
  • ✓Guardrails and permissions, so you stay in control
  • ✓Safe-use practices
  • ✓A training framework to teach it your world

You teach it

  • →Your terminology and priorities
  • →Your people and your businesses
  • →Your routines and projects
  • →How you like things communicated
  • →Your decision rules
  • →What it may do, and what it must ask about first

Before you buy: your assistant runs on your own AI account, not ours — so your data stays yours and the assistant is yours to keep. You’ll need your own subscription with the AI provider, which starts at around $20/month and is paid to them, not to us. We’ll tell you exactly which account to set up before you need it.

Your purchase reserves your Founding 100 spot and includes installation of your standard assistant backbone. Founding installations are being completed in onboarding waves as we build and improve the process — you join the community straight away.

New capabilities, substantial upgrades, private support, custom implementation, third-party costs, premium offerings and special events are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.

Where help comes from

Being clear about this now is better than being vague and disappointing you later.

Community help is included. Dedicated individual attention is paid. Founding status is not unlimited private support — and saying so up front is the only honest way to sell it.

Straight answers

Do I need to be technical?
No. The whole reason the backbone exists is so you do not have to build it. You should learn enough to stay informed and in control — not enough to become an engineer.
Do I have to wait for the Zoom on 26 August?
No. You can join now. The Zoom is a live demonstration and a chance to ask questions — it is not a prerequisite for buying, and Founding Members do not have to attend.
Do I need my own AI account?
Yes, and it is worth being clear about why: your assistant runs on your account, not ours. That means your email and calendar stay under your control, and the assistant is yours to keep rather than something you rent from us. Budget around $20/month for that subscription — it goes to the AI provider, not to us, and it is separate from the $197. We will confirm exactly which account you need before you have to set anything up.
Is $197 everything I will ever pay?
$197 is the one-time Founding Member price for your assistant backbone and setup. Some tools your assistant connects to are third-party services with their own costs, and new specialised capabilities built later are separate products. We will always tell you which is which before you spend anything.
What happens after the first 100?
From member 101 onwards it is installation at the then-current price, plus standard membership starting at $10 per month. Founding 100 is a one-time cohort.
What if I want a refund?
A full refund cancels Founding Member status and the Founding benefits that come with it — it would not be fair to future members otherwise. If we get something wrong and issue a partial refund or a credit to put it right, that does not affect your Founding status.
Do I own what I build?
Yes. You teach your assistant and the training is yours. The architecture is deliberately portable rather than something you have to keep renting.

I built my first AI assistant because I needed more help than I could afford to hire. It worked so well that I started helping other people build theirs.
